Can I still have my computer serviced if I didn't buy it from DMR?

Yes. Parts and labor fees apply. If you purchased equipment from us, and the warranty is in effect, you will only be charged for parts and labor not covered under the warranty.


I'm not sure what's wrong with my computer. How much will it cost to service?

We charge a $50 diagnostic fee, which is applied to the service should you decide to proceed with the service repair. Upon completion of the diagnostics, if you opt not to have the equipment serviced, you pay only the $50.00 diagnostic fee.


Where do I find the Dell Service Tag number?

The Service Tag number is a 7-digit alphanumeric code that appears on Dell hardware. For desktop units, this number is located on a manufacturer label on top of the desktop tower. For laptops, this number is located on a manufacturer label underneath the laptop unit.
