Yes. Parts and labor fees apply. If you purchased equipment from us, and the warranty is in effect, you will only be charged for parts and labor not covered under the warranty.
We charge a $75 diagnostic fee, which is applied to the service should you decide to proceed with the service repair. Upon completion of the diagnostics, if you opt not to have the equipment serviced, you pay only the $75.00 diagnostic fee.
